The given scene demonstrates law infringement related to trademark. There are 2 companies and a simple person cannot differ them, which is real or unreal? But if you have a little knowledge about top brands of the world, you can easily find the first sign is original brand of Mc Donalds. However, the second sign means breaking the trademark law, because the second firm used almost the same brand for their trade and it is not allowed. May people have a question "why people do this deceptive work?" And there is only one answer: "They do for increasing the amount of customers and the profit as well." If we look through the intellectual property law, we will find "copying the same or almost the same brand with original companies is charged with punishment and there is no any room for doing this kind of law infringement".

By the way of conclusion, law is the same for all people and companies, therefore we have to fight with law breakers.
