Abstracts: 
in our country, special attention is paid 
to solving problems related to increasing financial 
literacy and creating a favorable environment for the 
development of this system. Therefore, this article 
analyzes the issues of improving the financial literacy 
of the population and draws conclusions.

Introduction.
Corruption is a widespread 
phenomenon that in recent years has increasingly 
come under the focus of not only states caring about 
economic security and stable economic growth, but 
also scientists and researchers. Despite many works 
of researchers pointing to the negative aspects of 
corruption and considering it to be a total evil, some 
manage to believe that bribery is a kind of booster to 
increase GDP and break down barriers to entering the 
business sphere, thereby creating an unproven law for 
solving problems in the field of competition [1].
Common acts of corruption applied in the practice 
of firms for interpersonal relations, between firms and 
with the legal entities are flourishing even though 
the question of legality to combat corruption through 
public and private initiatives is already covered by 
almost every government [2]. Corruption control can be 
realized not just by adopting laws and regulations; there 
should be some specific expenses and investments. In 
the study by Xia, Tan, and Bai [3] on “Corruption and 
Technological Innovation in Private Small-Medium 
Scale Companies…” they are comparing corruption 
with a “grease” and “sand”, implying that corruption can 
be a destructive factor for the development, and fuel for 
the disclosure of opportunities and further prosperity 
of business. According to statistics, especially in 
developing countries, $1 change in corruption may 
cause a $1.67 change in countries’ gains [4]. However, 
it surprises that there are some controversial statements, 
where Svensson [5] emphasizes that China has had a 
fast economic growth in a period of having a high level
