Conclusions. The method "Neuropedagogical binary lecture", transmitting information taking into account various strategies of thinking and gender differences of students, contributes to a fairly complete understanding and assimilation of educational material and the formation of "competent thinking" in students. Ultimately, this teaching method will make it possible to activate the synthesis of information between the brain hemispheres of the trainees.

Key words: neuropedagogy, organization of brain activity, cerebral hemispheres, lateration, teaching method, binary lecture, thinking strategy, “competent thinking”, formative assessment.
Introduction. The development and prospects of a society depends on the development of education and its field. Therefore, the system of continuing education in the country is tasked with the pursuit of knowledge, spiritual and moral purification, further formation of human qualities such as faith, honesty, piety, honor, kindness, ensuring their physical and mental development. Mirziyoev (2016, P.14) paid special attention to this issue, “... The most important task of the government, relevant ministries and departments, and the entire education system, .... professors and teachers are to thoroughly educate the younger generation, to bring up them as physically and spiritually mature people.”, - he said.

Effective solution to this problem, in many respects, requires teachers and educators to have a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the learner in the process of education and upbringing, taking into account their psychophysiological features and individual characteristics from an early age.
