In my early experience in the workplace, the symbolic frame was the most important of the four frames we studied. Our discussions show that strong achievements in real companies cannot be achieved in an office without a specific culture and approach style and spirit. Along with the existence of these things, which people play an important role in the buyer also plays an important role in the effectiveness of these practices.


It is also important for the team and its members to act in unity and individuality at the same time. individuality increases the attractiveness of actions when collective action is a factor of motivation in moving toward a goal. In this situation, the responsible action of each member of the team ensures that the company becomes a leader in all aspects. There are people in the team who are considered as a symbol of this team and the company. At this point, I would like to mention that there was a custom in our company. It is 15 minutes after lunch when employees gather around a round table and exchange friendly ideas under the pretext of drinking a cup of tea. The work is not discussed here, but the conversation consisting of philosophical views was an opportunity for the employees to distract themselves from their work for a while and get the spiritual nourishment they need. The most important thing is that there are no bosses in the buyer, and a real friendly atmosphere is created. I believe that it is the most important factor that unites employees and eliminates conflicts.
In addition, there are certain employees who are the reason for me to act as an important member of this company.
I had a lot of people in my office whom I appreciated. I learned something from each of them. I can only describe the atmosphere there with the best words. All are experts in their field. even the janitors could show good behavior and example. I have not witnessed anyone leaving the workplace without reason or any disagreements between employees. At this time I remember two persons with vivid memories: one is the head of our financial analysis and crediting department (at that time he worked as a deputy head of the department) Mr. Parpiev and the head of the human resources department Ms. Rano. After working for a long time, I have come to the conclusion that employees like Mr. Parpiyev are responsible for such a skillful distribution of tasks and sincere approach to their work. Later, I realized that the head of the human resources department, Ms. Rano, had a lot of contributions to the creation of such a skilled team that works with each other in terms of character and profession. In the departments, he carefully and demandingly selected employees from the student period and placed employees who could get along with each other. I knew that this woman had a great contribution in preventing conflicts between teams and employees. She would give me the opportunity to take two hours out of work every day to work on myself and attend training held nationwide. He is one of the main people who encouraged me to study abroad and improve my qualifications. As for Me Parpiev, despite his young age, he is a person with real management skills. No matter how early I came to work, I could not manage to come earlier than that person. He was used to coming early and preparing coffee for their employees in the department. His approach to his work was very responsible, also he demanded the same from us too. I considered that person to be my teacher. I was also accepted to the bank through Mr. Parpiev's recommendations. He taught me every step of the way, and insisted that one day these same tasks and responsibilities will fall on me, and that I should be more ambitious than him when that day comes. In addition, he used to mention one thing that I always have to remember is that, along with being bank employees, at the same time he said that we should be equally concerned about the interests of the company and the customers, that is, the people. As for the members of the team, we worked very well and together. We have always tried to maintain a clean environment. Each member is a professional in his work. Relationships are built on respect for each other. We treated those who came before us as teachers. Young people would take the initiative to take on more responsibilities and tasks.
At this point, I want to talk about the head of the bank. Employees described him as having reached this level thanks to his hard work. He also insisted that the work should be completed on time, even if it was necessary to work overtime to submit the monthly report. Demanding became his symbol. He even made it possible for each worker to undergo special training for a month in order to be the first to implement a new innovative system among local competitors. Of course, the system paid off. He always asked us to develop new programs in order to help the population. new. provided that I could participate in special meetings on behalf of the bank, despite my absence, and made a great contribution to gaining experience that was important for me.
In short, the organization had become a symbol of stability for customers. They have always expressed that they are interested in working with us and that we can always provide reliable services. Being a symbol of sustainability is both a great honor and a great responsibility for us. Always putting the interests of customers first has become the main principle at work. As a result, a reliable, respected and leading company in the field was created. Now, maintaining these achievements and further developing the company has become an important task for us and the personnel who will come after us.
What I've witnessed lately: external influences on the company. What were these? offers from other companies to our employees: maybe in exchange for a higher position or a higher salary. At first glance, the seemingly beneficial offers seemed to me a threat to our company. It is difficult to immediately know the purpose of these proposals. Even if we consider that it is for learning from our experience, the organizations making these offers are companies with a reputation no less than ours. Our human resources department works more on young students and tries to help them to train suitable and necessary employees, while other competitors try to attract the same mature specialist with certain experience. The difference is that they want ready professionals, we want a team of young people who have learned from these professionals. And, of course, employees who served the company faithfully were always respected.
In the end, the system built up to us has paid off. But there are many things I would like to change in the company. "No matter how brilliant your mind and strategies are, if you play alone, you will lose to any team" - these words belong to Reid Hoffman, cofounder of Linkedin. What do I mean by that? Earlier in my essay covering the structural frame, I mentioned that our company is more inclined to work with clients face-to-face than online. but now everyone is inextricably linked to mobile apps and the internet. Now is the time to team up with technology and artificial intelligence. I'm not talking about the programs and devices that employees use for themselves in the bank. I'm talking about the mobilization and integration with today's most modern technologies that we need to communicate between customers to provide them with cost-effective and quality service remotely. Advances in technology make us part of our community. Another thing is Ideas! It's good to use a tried and tested system in the team, but when needed, innovations only cause us to develop. That is, the second thing I want to change: I want to create an environment where every employee can openly express his critical thoughts or new ideas and, if it is considered appropriate, create an opportunity to implement these ideas. Everyone has ideas, but it is our duty to give them a chance to come out, and to support them spiritually and financially. We need that kind of environment. which is rapidly changing and developing. Digital information is an assistant to customers, digital information is a partner for employees, technology is a partner of the bank, we need technology in every aspect. Currently, there are many achievements of information technologies in the banking field. But that's not all. We must not stop from investigating more ideas. New ideas and technology are capable of creating necessary innovations. And I'm sure it will pay off in time.
