Course Objectives:
Students who successfully complete this course should be able to acquire the following skills:

To have general knowledge about entrepreneurship and the realization processes of new formations;

To know the basic concepts of Business Administration and the relations of business with other disciplines.

To understand and interpret the interaction of business with the country and world economy

To understand the interaction between business functions required for entrepreneurs and to be able to reconcile them with daily life.

To have basic knowledge about the role of private sector, public and non-governmental organizations in entrepreneurship process;

Demonstrate an analytical approach to current issues;

In general, they will be able to carry their experiences and knowledge into both their academic and professional lives.

In-Class Activities, simulations and presentations throughout the course aim to make students more interactive.

Structure of the course
Since the general readings and preparations to be made before the class will facilitate in-class participation and increase the quality of the interactive activities to be performed, it is important to attend the course regularly. Regular attendance is important, as the information presented in the course is complementary to the Recommended Readings. The course will give information about the main subjects. Presentations, case studies, guest speakers and participation in other activities are important for the functioning of the course. Quiz and group presentations also aim to encourage participation in the course. There will also be occasional interviews with guest speakers.


Rules and procedures
Announcements about the course will be announced in class or by e-mail, so e-mails should be checked regularly.

Courteous and respectful behavior is expected in the classroom in accordance with the school rules. It is expected that distracted, noisy behavior will be avoided.

Compensation for missed exams will not be made unless there is an excuse or a health reason in accordance with university rules.

Cheating and academic unethical behavior will not be tolerated. University rules on the subject will apply.

Final exam ‘visa’
In order to take the Final exam, all students must meet the following three requirements::
1) Taking the Midterm exam;
2) Presenting with the group project and to submit individual written reports;
Students who have not met these requirements will be deemed to have failed to obtain a ‘visa’ to take the final exam and will be given a direct (F) grade.
