-- Approved to award a 39-month operating lease with maintenance for a photocopier to Stratix Systems, Inc.
(formerly CopyWorld), Shillington, PA, under the terms of the Pennsylvania State Contract #3610-04 for an annual
cost of #3,128.16 to replace an existing machine in the Human Resources Office whose lease has expired. The
lease will begin March 1, 2007.

Enrollment Update - As of February 13, 2007, the total district enrollment is 5,729. This is an increase of 11 students since last month’s report.
