Customer discovery results and conclusions:

The results of the survey show that the majority of participants expressed a very positive opinion about blood donation and donation. Based on the responses and feedback from participants, the following conclusions were drawn:

1. 
   Most people are not familiar with the project as it has not yet been introduced to the general public. This may be due to the uneven or incorrect distribution of people in the regions. To do this, we had to conduct our survey only in and around the city. We also did not get enough data and comments about projects as this survey was based on amateurism only.
