Summary of master’s dissertation on “Flora of Denov district of Surkhandarya region”
ANNOTATION
Substantiation and relevance of the topic. The study of flora and vegetation of each geographical region of Uzbekistan is one of the most important issues in botany. Because such scientific research is a scientific source for the development of measures for the rational use of the flora of the region. From this point of view, the study of the flora of Denau district of Surkhandarya region is one of the most pressing issues today.

The purpose of the study: to study the flora of Denau district of Surkhandarya region.

Research tasks:

- Study of the floristic composition of plants in Denau district of Surkhandarya region;

- Analysis of plant life forms in Denau district of Surkhandarya region;

- To study the distribution of the studied plants by region;

- Identify common families in the study area;

- Analysis of plants in the flora of Denau district of Surkhandarya region by economic importance;Тадқиқот объекти ва предмети.

The object of research - tall plants of Denov district of Surkhandarya region.

Research subjects. Synopsis, taxonomy, geography, comparative analysis of flora of Denov district of Surkhandarya region.Тадқиқот услубияти ва услублари.

Floristic characterization of plants was carried out by generally accepted rules. In determining the flora of Denau district of Surkhandarya region were used 10-volume Central Asian plant identifier, 6-volume flora of Uzbekistan and the works of SK Cherepanov. Route, taxonomic, areological, biomorphological methods were used in the study.

The degree of scientific novelty of the research results. The study of the floristic composition of Denov district of Surkhandarya region will serve as a basis for all future research, as well as to develop measures for the regular protection of its rich and diverse plant resources. The main results of the research were compiled a summary of the flora of Denau district of Surkhandarya region, collected and identified herbarium materials were presented to the Herbarium Fund of the Department of Botany and Plant Physiology, Faculty of Biology, National University of Uzbekistan.

Practical significance and application of the results of the study. A detailed description of the flora of Denau district of Surkhandarya region, along with the enrichment of theoretical views on the formation of flora in general, allows regular and efficient use of useful plant resources.

The structure and scope of the dissertation. The master's dissertation consists of 85 pages, introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions and bibliography, appendices. The work includes 3 tables, 10 figures. The list of used literature is 53.
