This request transitions all subnets back to normal operation while the tool is retrieving
information from the SPS database. This step is optional since a P3

timeout would occur after
the tester is disconnected and this shall also cause all nodes on all subnets to revert back to
normal operation.

This process is performed to retrieve the proper SPS data out of the SPS
database. See Table 228.

For service, this process uses the information retrieved during the Read Identification Information
process to retrieve the SPS data out of the SPS database.
