Power Limiting
The ability to reduce or stop power output from EG System when Export 
exceeds a defined value. 
Premises 
Means any land (whether a single block or multiple contiguous blocks), 
building(s) (whether whole or part), and structure(s) (or adjuncts thereto) that 
are owned, occupied or controlled by the Proponent in the vicinity of the 
proposed connection and which can reasonably be considered to be part of a 
single overarching operation. 
Proponent
The relevant owner, operator or controller of the HV EG System (or their agent).

A study to evaluate the effects that the proposed connection of the EG System 
will have on the Distribution Network under different loading conditions or in the 
event of particular faults. A document will be produced for the Proponent that 
will be incorporated into the Connection Contract.
