Introduction
Nowadays , many people have the opportunity to learn languages using the Internet. New information technologies are being intensively introduced into the educational process. Today we can already say that Internet technologies are part of the general information culture of teachers and students. For a long time during the pandemic, we studied remotely using the Internet. Now we can find a friend from another country. After all, our world is huge, and you can make friends with any person using Internet sites. It is communication in English that will increase your level of knowledge, not only of a foreign language, but also of the culture of other countries. Communication through social networks is one of the ways to learn a language. In this work, I want to tell you about interesting sites that will help you learn English with pleasure, as well as prepare for exams. English is the international language spoken by most people on the planet.
Annotation: this work on the topic "Internet resources for learning English" may be of interest not only to today's schoolchildren, but also to many PC and Internet users who want to expand their language capabilities and knowledge.
After reviewing this work, you will learn about many interesting and useful sites with which you can improve your English skills.
Hypothesis: If you use special sites effectively, you can be successful in learning English.
Relevance : Curriculum schools offers for learning English 3 hours a week, which is not enough for high-quality mastering of a foreign language. Students need a language environment that they can find on their own using the Internet.
goal : get acquainted with the Internet - resources for learning English and their effective use in the classroom and at home.
Tasks:
1. Explore the possibilities of the Internet - resources for learning English.
2. Conduct a survey of students in your class about using the Internet to learn English and analyze the results of the survey.
3. Make a list of sites with which you can expand and consolidate your knowledge of the main sections of the English language ( see Appendix).
Starting to study the material, I can already form a hypothesis that in the conditions of constantly developing technologies, the main way to replenish the language was and remains the external method, that is, borrowing. This means that we can assume that the main source of replenishment of the English language remains other languages and, in particular, the names of technologies that are actively included in everyday life.
To confirm or refute this hypothesis, it is necessary to study and determine the sources of replenishment of the English vocabulary at the present stage, which is the purpose of my research.
Achieving this goal involves solving the following tasks:
Explore and determine ways to replenish the lexical composition of the language as a whole.
Select and form a list of ways to replenish the lexical composition historically characteristic of the English language
Determine the actual ways and sources of replenishment of the English language at the present stage.
The relevance of this study is determined by the prevalence and importance of the English language in the world, which is certainly high.
As you know, language is the main means of communication. It is not static and "is in a constant process of its formation and formation." At the present stage, English is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, which means that the features of our progressive time will primarily be reflected in the sources and methods of its development. Thus, through the study of the sources of replenishment of the English vocabulary at the present stage, we will receive data not only about the language itself, but also about the features of the modern world and society.
The object of this study is modern sources of replenishment of the vocabulary of the English language.
The subject of the study is the features of the quantitative and qualitative replenishment of the language, which are characteristic of the English language at the present stage.
