It is becoming more common situation working in another country instead of their motherland among many professions, such as doctors and teachers. There are different causes to appear this issue. First and foremost is better quality of life that specific countries offer. As a result of lacking professional workers in field of medicine and education in poorer countries, population struggle to develop and find it difficult to improve their living condition.

The second reason is the amount of salary. Undoubtly, highly qualified people desire to work wealthy nation in order to find better job prospects. As you know, nowadys studying in university and getting high quality demands a large amount of money and they want to earn it back from their job. Consequently, less developed countries will not be able to offer their citizens high level of salary, health care or education, and this, in turn will their ability to compete on a global scale.

One effective solution to deal with professionals leaving their countries is for their government to encourage them to stay by offering more earnings and better work condition. Another possible answer is for poorer countries to afford better standarts of living, more tolerance and a positive future as a way to attract their professionall back to their own country after they have completed their training abroad. However, these solution are financially demanding which means poorer governments may have to look to developed countries for aid in order to ensure enforcement these changes.

In conclusion, poorer countries are unable to develop due to another ways which can only be resolved by enticing professionals to remain in their country of origin through better conditions.
