STATEMENT OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ISSUE
Data handling and processing in the field of hardware has made significant advances in design and technology in recent years. More efficient generations of computers, which are updated every two to five years, are the result. The software industry used to work with a product life cycle of around 10 years. • The very long product life cycle in the field of application software is based on the fact that professional requirements do not change as quickly as the technical capabilities of hardware. Due to hardware changes, as well as new compilers and operating systems, a large amount of modification will be necessary during the lifetime of the software. To a certain extent, the "top-down" rule does not work, because the new environment cannot support the old programs and does not outlast the old type of compiler command. In addition, these new tools have a large number of new tools that make old programming easier. The next reason is that the current version of the compiler is no longer able to work on the new hardware platform (that is, it will not be functional), and therefore it is necessary to be prepared to replace it with a suitable one. On this basis, in most cases, in order to be able to quickly change as many programs as possible, it is necessary to focus on the result of so-called random changes. Failure to adequately document changes can make programs unintelligible. In addition, it often happens that an employee (specialist) leaves the organization, there will be errors in the programs, the documents will be incomplete, and as a result, the Know-How in this program will be lost. Therefore, some organizations see the "Last resort" in acquiring a new system. At the same time, they do not recognize that the planning and implementation of new standard software itself often takes a very long time and ends up with a series of implementations that have been developed by their own efforts and will have to wait again. For these reasons, only 50 to 80 percent of all my employees work in the field of software in industrialized countries, overcoming the old habit or technical service network. The remaining 20-50 percent of employees are engaged in the development of systematic and practical software and its further development. 0 Uzbekistan has a unique set of software that is used alongside modern software from the former Soviet era and is certainly not simplified by software, which is comparable to the country as a whole. expresses the prevailing situation. Here is the provision of software services for programmers, its further development (improvement), and, if necessary, the development of new software necessary for the economic and administrative processes of the country. There is a wide field of activity. In this regard, information is provided in a separate chapter of the book on the issues of "Service and further development" of this training manual. The following considerations are first of all,
