LIGIBILITY 
 
NGOs from Uzbekistan that are youth-led or have a youth-oriented mission are eligible to apply. To be 
eligible for SI Accelerator Grants, applicants must provide demonstration of an existing project or a

projected that finished not later than one year ago that they wish to repeat or scale-up. Preference will 
be given to applications that build on Youth Leadership Grants projects completed by the beginning of 
this competition. In Uzbekistan, SI Accelerator Grants will also support youth initiatives put forward in 
partnership and submitted on behalf of local self-government bodies.

SE OF FUNDS
 
SI Accelerator Grant project budgets should be 
between $10,000 and $15,000 USD
. Each project 
should last between
 six and twelve months
.
Applicants must justify the project duration and funding amount requested in their applications. Projects 
that receive funding may vary in duration but must be completed within the established period for which 
funds were initially awarded.
Funding may not be used for expenses such as the payment of registration, purchase of real estate, the 
purchase of alcoholic beverages, entertainment costs, the salaries of government employees, business 
or first-class travel or the repayment of debts.
Grant recipients are responsible for payment of all relevant taxes, fees and other legally mandated costs 
of project implementation. 
Budget estimates must be submitted in US dollars (USD). 
Project expenses will be paid to grant recipients in Uzbekistan according to the agreed payment schedule 
in USD.

PPLY 
 
All interested applicants must submit their applications through Eurasia Foundation’s Grant 
Management Platform. Applications may be submitted in Uzbek or Russian. Detailed video instructions

Applications must include the following information:

Description of the applicant, including the legal name of their organization, address and contact 
information 
•
Copy of legal entity registration certificate of the applicant (uploaded separately and saved in 
.pdf or .jpeg format) 
•
Confirmation letter from previous donor or partner about successful implementation of the 
previous project proposed for replication or scale-up (uploaded separately and saved in .pdf or 
.jpeg format) 
•
Proposal technical narrative 
•
Timeline of project activities or Gantt chart (uploaded separately and saved in .doc or .docx 
format) 
•
Detailed budget in Excel file (uploaded separately and saved in .xls/.xlsx).
