The University of Seville, Spain, is the Grant Applicant of the Erasmus + Project: 598340-EPP-
1-2018-1-ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP “
University Cooperation Framework for Knowledge 
Transfer in Central Asia and China
(
UNICAC)”
. The Project aims to increase the potential for 
knowledge transfer and international and cross-regional cooperation of HEIs in Uzbekistan, 
Tajikistan and China, and it involves universities from Spain, Italy and Finland.
With this letter I confirm the invitation of Mr.

. He is working at 
Tashkent University of Information 
Technologies (Uzbekistan)
. Among the activities of the Erasmus+ Project there is training for 
International Relations Staff from Central Asia and China Universities. He will be coming to 
Seville to participate in the above mentioned activity which is taking place from 6 to 10 June 
2022.
The 
UNICAC
Project will provide financial support to participants for travel costs and costs of 
stay. All other expenses will be paid by the participant. 
As for the health insurance, all participants in this above-mentioned activity must get an insurance 
policy covering the following areas: travel insurance, third party liability, accident and serious 
illness and death, according to the Eramus+ Programme.
