Ex 1. Complete these sentences with the present simple or the present continuous form of the verbs in brackets.

Ex 2. Complete the text with appropriate phrasal verbs.
When you have to spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, it is important to take short breaks and stretch your neck and back. You can use this exercise to help you stretch. eg. (1) Push your chair away to the side and stand up, making sure there is some space in front of you. Go away straight, with your arms hanging loosely by your side. Breathe in deeply as you lift your arms hanging over your head. Pause a moment. Then breathe in slowly as you swing your arms forward, letting them fall as you bend your whole body down until your hands are near your feet. Pause a moment. Then, breathe as you raise your body up very slowly, beginning with your hips, then your upper body, followed by your head and arms. Repeat
the exercise at least once before you go to your desk again.

Can you imagine clicking on an advertisement and making a purchase in one process? If so, what product or service might you buy in this way?

If I have a chance to buy product or service by clicking on advertisement I would be buy baby clothes. Any parent can tell you just how quickly babies grow out of their clothes- or otherwise ruin them. Instead of making a rushed midnight trip to Target, ordering clothes online can save you time and money pinch.
The secondly, I would be buy books.
