How good is your organisation, or one you would like to work for, at keeping its graduate recruits? Write your opinion (150-200 words)
It is generally accepted that work is a source of financial well-being, and hence the happiness of a person. It really is. If a person does what he likes, he experiences the irreplaceable joy of work.
Employers are still reluctant to hire young people - do not want to invest in additional training and fear that a young worker will learn and leave the company, as young people change jobs more often than older employees. However, there are employers , who hire young people for new specialties, because they grew up in the era of new technologies and are well versed in them - companies expect fresh ideas and extraordinary approaches from them.
Now, I work in the sphere of economy and really interested in this sphere, because my chief supported and helped me to overcome difficulties which came across while practicing . Thank to him I could understand that theoretical knowledges and practical skills are very vital to reach the aim. Our organization always encourage young specialists and graduates as well.
In my opinion, our country offers the young generation great opportunities that motivate them to work hard and contribute to the development of the prosperity of our Uzbekistan.
