Task 4. Writing.

How good is your organisation, or one you would like to work for, at keeping its graduate recruits? Write your opinion (150-200 words)

The organization I want to establish or imagine should be very suitable for me, staff, clients and partners. Therefore, I would separate the features of the organization of mine or I want to work. One from my own perspectives and one from the perspectives of the whole employers work there.

Generally, a building should be in a good appearance, firstly. Because it is obvious that the view of a particular building puts first impression on people. Thus, I try to take a careful attention to the design of the construction of my organization.

Then, the necessary facilities and tools should be fulfilled so as to ease the work of mine and employers’. The proper uniform is also important to look more attractive and formal. In order not to make the employers overworked, fixed (viable) working hours play a key role. This does not mean that all work when they want or leave their work unfinished. This means, all workers work in terms of their opportunities and can be able to have a rest at a regular basis. Besides, holidays should be established and given which gives enough time to recharge the energy and forget all problems and concentrate on work.

Moreover, a reserved parking spaces and more seats ought to be available for both clients and partners to make the organization more accessible. This gives convenience for the clients and partners with private vehicles to come and visit.

The mentioned things and refurbishments serve as a basis of a success of any company or organization to work properly and efficiently and find its solid position in the world of a business.
