As a result of the conducted studies, it was established that in all regions of the Zerafshan Valley, 

the  vectors  of  cattle  pyroplasmosis  are  ticks  B.  Calcaratus  and  the  first  peak  of  the  incidence 

occurs  in  May,  and  the  second  in  July.  In  the  pathogenesis  of  piroplasmosis,  a  violation  of 

hematopoiesis and metabolism, and intoxication of the body were observed. 

Experiments  on  the  study  of  pathogenic  and  morphological  properties  of  pathogens  of 

piroplasmosis  were  carried  out  on  3  groups  of  experimental  animals at  the  age  of  8-9  months. 

The first group of animals in the amount of three heads was infected with  blood taken from a 

patient with piroplasmosis of an animal isolated from the upper reaches of the Zarafshan River 

valley,  in  a  dose  of  10  ml,  subcutaneously,  the  second  from  the  middle  band  and  the  third 

isolated from And studies, it was established that in infected animals, animals in all groups had 

incubation  the  period  of  illness  was  8  days.  In  the  pathogenesis  of  sick  animals,  an  increase  in 

body  temperature  up  to  40.8  °  C,  loss  of  appetite,  depression  of  the  body,  anemia  of  visible 

mucous membranes, hemoglobinuria and parasitemia in the blood were observed (Table 1)
