MORPHOLOGICAL AND PATHOGENIC PROPERTIES OF 

PIROPLASMABIGEMINUMIN THE ZARAFSHON VALLEY

ABSTRACT 

In various natural and climatic conditions of the Zarafshan Valleythe spread of pyroplasmidosis 

in cattle was established from 7 to 11% and the first peak of the disease falls on April-May, and 

the  second  in  July,  pathogenicity  and  virulence,  as  well  as  morphological  indicators  of  the 

isolated  strains  are  the  same.  Both  in  medicine  and  veterinary  medicine,  great  attention  and 

reservoirs of pathogens of infectious and invasive diseases of ixodid cattle are ticks V. Calcaratus 

in the pathogenesis of piroplasmosis, a violation of hematopoiesis and metabolism, intoxication 

of  the  body  was  observed.  We  studied  the  morphological  properties  of  P.bigeminum 

piroplasmosis  pathogenspaidstudy  featureslife  activity  carrier  sticks.  In  all  regions  of  the 

Zarafshan Valley, carriers of pyroplasmosisisolated from various regions of the Zaravshan valley, 

they  are  practicallyare  the  same  i.e.  pear-shaped,  amoeba-shaped,  oval  and  other  varieties. 

Morphological  indicators  allocated  practically  do  not  differ  from  each  other  pathogen 

spiroplasmosis.
