ABSTRACT
This article discusses the training of potential personnel in the field of tourism
and the requirements for them

Tourism is one of the most recognized industries in the world. The development
of the tourism industry contributes to the overall development of the country. The
development of the tourism sector depends, first of all, on the effective establishment of
cooperation in the field of tourism and the effective quality of training. The human
factor is at the heart of tourism, and its development is linked to the development of
education.
The study of tourism training should be based on sustainable development. This is a
very important issue today. Based on the requirements for tourism personnel, more
opportunities should be created for them by providing them with additional facilities.
The main topic for this is the need to create the most favorable conditions for initiative,
conscious and creative work of industry professionals.
It is well known that for the development of tourism, Uzbekistan needs to take a
positive approach to human resources in order to further improve its tourism potential
and achieve a high position in the world tourism rankings.
It would be expedient to teach additional foreign languages to the staff from the
bachelor's level in addition to the main areas of education, to further develop their
language skills, and to allocate additional educational grants for the exchange of
experience in their study abroad. Undergraduate students would be able to increase their
knowledge and skills by further specializing their groups in the field of language.
People working in tourism enterprises work together in a single production or service
system to achieve the end result.
In fact, the purpose of the study of personnel in the field of tourism is to teach the
specifics of the organization of staff activities in tourism enterprises and ways to solve
problems that arise in this process, as well as to form in them a passion for leadership
and organizational activities. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks must be
solved.
- Personnel management in tourism enterprises in a market economy.
