HIGHER EDUCATION REFORMS IN KHOREZM AND THE STAGES OF 
THEIR IMPLEMENTATION 
ABSTRACT 
This article provides a comprehensive scientific analysis of the stages of formation 
of the higher education system in Khorezm region,the processes and activities of the 
formation of higher education institutions in the region,reforms in the development of 
higher education.In addition,this article examines the formation of Urgench State 
University,the activities of professors and teachers at the university,the activities of 
departments and the number of students,the exchange of activities in the field of higher 
education with prestigious foreign countries.The article presents the author’s extensive 
scientific-based comments.References have been made to scientific sources that serve to 
uncover the essence of the study.
