DEVELOPMENT OF DENTAL DRUG FOR TREATMENT
STATOMIT BASED ON THE HERITAGE OF IBN SINA

Introduction
Ibn Sina (Abu Ali Hussein Ibn Abdallah Ibn Sina, 
Avicenna) widely used Sabur (Aloe), he knew a wide range of therapeutic 
effects of this plant.
Ibn Sina wrote in his books that the juice of Sabur (Aloe) is similar 
to saffron juice, and the smell is like that of myrrh. Sabur brilliant, 
free from pebbles; and the Arabian Sabur is inferior to him in terms 
of yellowness, heaviness and brilliance, but more sticky and firm than 
Socotrian. Samanjan Sabur smells foul, it is faintly yellow and without 
shine. Over time, Sabur blackens. Indian Sabur has many usefulnesses, 
dries without burning and slightly binds. Sabur is useful for ulcers in the 
eye and trachoma, as well as for pain from burning in the corner of the 
eye, and dries moisture in the eye.
Sabur is very useful for treating skin abrasions and burns, as it 
contains salicylic acid and magnesium lactate, substances that suppress 
the histamine reaction from the immune system. Thus, you can use it 
for any type of inflammation, such as bursitis, arthritis, or even insect 
bites. Sabur juice contains 12 substances that can slow down or suppress 
inflammation.
Sabur has strong transport properties, with its help it is possible to 
deliver other medicines (for example, vitamin C) to deeper layers of the 
skin.
The detoxifying properties of Sabur help to remove toxins and 
heavy metals from the human body, which is abundant in our food and 
the environment. Eating aloe provides the body with a fantastically rich 
cocktail of vitamins, minerals, and related elements to help the body deal 
with these stresses.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), about 65% of 
the total world population consume herbal preparations, which amounts 
to $ 21 billion in sales per year. The reason for this is the proximity of 
biological active substances contained in plant substances compared 
with the human body, the harmlessness of drugs derived from plants, 
the possibility of their prolonged use and the fact that they do not cause

allergic reactions and the possibility of their cultivation.
Currently, dentistry in the treatment of purulent-inflammatory 
diseases has a tendency to aggravate the clinical course, which is associated 
with the development of antibiotic-resistant forms of microorganisms, 
allergic reactions due to sensitization of the body by infectious and 
chemical factors, as well as a decrease in the immunological reactivity 
of the body due to malnutrition, physical inactivity and environmental 
reasons. Sinuses located in the maxillofacial region, areas of lymphoid 
tissue (tonsils of the pharyngeal ring), and teeth often become foci of 
chronic odontogenic infection, which are sources of intoxication and 
sensitization of the body that suppress non-specific mechanisms.
Conclusion:
based on the research, we can conclude that the 
development and production of new domestic dental products is an urgent 
task of domestic health care.
