Gymnastics

  • In Ancient Greece long time athletes spoke at competitions in one easy raincoats. In Greek "bared" —"gimnos"; from there was a word "gymnastics" to which in the ancient time carried all types of physical exercises.

  • Refusal of smoking
  • Decrease in consumption of alcohol
  • Decrease in the body weight index (BWI)
  • Decrease in arterial hypertension
  • Increase of medical activity (change of terms of negotiability behind medical care, change of activity in professional surveys).
  • 3. Indicators of level of hygienic knowledge:
  • Knowledge of the population of measures of prevention of diseases and strengthening of health.
