significant when the set of securities used in a strategy is composed of less-liquid or exotic instruments.

Copy trading systems offer the possibility to invest in several products (strategies) simultaneously, 
thereby forming a portfolio of strategies with a single investment account. While diversification of an 
investment is usually considered a risk mitigation technique, it shall be noted that the actual overall risk of 
such a portfolio depends greatly on its composition and on the proportion of high-risk strategies in it. When 
investing in multiple strategies, it is necessary to make sure that the investment account has an adequate 
amount of funds to support the copying of all trades simultaneously in relevant proportion. Otherwise, the 
margin load on an investment account tends to be high, which causes additional risks similar to the ratio 
risks described in item 10.4.

Responsibilities of parties

Trader 
11.1.1
 
Participation in CopyFX as a Trader implies the absolute acceptance of these Terms of Use and the 
RoboForex Client Agreement
. The Trader confirms the fact that they have carefully studied the 
Client 
Agreement
 and the Terms of Use of CopyFX. 
11.1.2
 
The Trader confirms the fact that their trading experience and practical skills allow them to perform 
trading operations for the provision of trading signals to Investors.
11.1.3
 
The Trader accepts the fact that ignorance or misreading of these Terms of Use does not release 
them from the responsibility for the financial results of their trading activity and/or risks. 
11.1.4
 
The Trader shall keep the credentials to access their trading accounts (logins and passwords) safe, 
and not provide these to any third parties. The Company’s staff does not ask the Trader for the passwords 
to access their trading account.
