11.1.11
 
The Trader must ensure that only truthful, accurate and not misleading information is 
communicated from them to any of their Investors, Affiliates, and any other relevant parties. 
11.1.12
 
The Trader shall not use any profit-taking strategies that are based on the usage of vulnerabilities in 
technical equipment for the performance of trading operations, nor violate the interests of their subscribed 
Investors. 
11.2
 
Investor 
11.2.1
 
The Investor is solely responsible for commands and requests they send via their CopyFX control 
interface and the trading terminal. 
11.2.2
 
The Investor shall keep the credentials to access their trading accounts (logins and passwords) safe 
and not provide them to any third parties. The Company’s staff does not ask the Investor for the passwords 
to access their trading account. 
11.2.3
 
The Investor shall not retransmit (perform further automated or manual copying) trading operations 
copied by the Investor within the framework of the Subscription to the Trader’s account without the 
Trader’s consent.
11.2.4
 
The Investor accepts the fact that the execution price of orders on the Investor’s account may differ 
from the execution price of source orders in the Trader's account. The Company does not compensate for a 
possible difference in the trading results for such transactions. 
11.2.5
 
The Investor is fully responsible for their own independent decision-making relating to subscribing, 
unsubscribing, or requesting a Subscription, based on the complete information published in the Rating and 
provided by Affiliates.
11.2.6
 
The Investor shall not use possible vulnerabilities in methods of calculating and transferring the 
CopyFX commission, which help to avoid paying a full or partial CopyFX commission for successfully copied 
trading operations by the Investor from the Trader’s account.
