• The PUC system presently is considered to be weak.
• Need to strengthen the PUC system using the Delhi model
• Real time computerisation of PUC systems to be implemented in all states
• Robust Control & monitoring system to be established in all States.
• States to set up dedicated teams for surprise checking & Inspections of PUC centres
• Random checking of on Road Vehicles
• System to be put in place for sending notices to Vehicle owners who do not go for PUC checking.

• To spread the knowledge on upcoming technology and safety features coming up in automobile need to have regional Workshops / Round Tables on a fixed intervals.
