Being aware of most significant various traditions, systems of values and beliefs, accepted in own country and in countries of the target language, recognize language signals of these differences; have a wide range of language functions; can use most widespread ways of thei expression in neutral discourse; can select language forms, use and modify them in accordance with specialized/professional discourse following most widespread norms of politeness within the framework of communicative settings based on the content of speech.
