Grammatical side of speech
Know and can use and limited control of simple grammar and syntactical constructions and models of sentences, to join words and set of words with the help of simple conjunctions «and», «then», expressing linear sequencing in communicative settings based on the content defined for the beginner level of learning.
Sociolinguistic competence			Able to construct short, simple, coherent, cohesive and logical utterances of various functional styles in oral and written speech based on the understanding of various discourse types while reading and listening as well as ability to choose language forms, use and modify them within the framework of communicative settings based on the content of speech.
