Simulated Light Lens Flares
Using the Lens Flare filter, you can enhance or even create sources of light that are absent in 
many simulated lighting renders (Fig. 31.37).
In this example, the track lights have a point light generating light for the scene. However, 
they do look as if they have lightbulbs (sources). You can easily fix the problem with the Lens 
Flare tool (Fig. 31.38).

The Lens Flare options work best when small areas of image are cropped out. This ensures 
that when the Lens Flare filter is activated, you can easily place the flare.
1. 
Using the Marquee tool, create an outline around one of the track lights in the image 
(Fig. 31.39).
