CONCLUSION
Teaching foreign language and intercultural communication is important to study grammar and vocabulary as well as cultural aspects simultaneously to better understanding a language. One of the purposes of educational process is teaching to understanding, accepting and integrating specialities of different cultures. Successful communication is based not only on fluent and grammatically correct speech but on knowing features of other cultures and tolerant attitude to them. If language policy reflects the need for learners to become socially competent language users, learners will be able to better understand their own language and culture as well as any other they may choose to study. For language learners and instructors alike, an acknowledgement that there is more to any language than the sum of its parts is imperative if any level of real competency is to be achieved. With the unfortunate realities of time and budgetary constraints at the forefront of language education, judgments inevitably have to be made concerning the role of cultural education in the second language classroom. And, as strong evidence ties together culture and language, creating a program reflective of this relationship should be nothing short.
If we aspire to learn any foreign language, remember that understanding culture is going to be an integral part of your learning journey. For learning any language, it is essentially important to know about the culture of the people who speak that language.
