Elements of scientific novelty
: as a result of the study, the experience of legal 
regulation of tokens and blockchain technology in foreign countries was analyzed, 
the conformity of tokens and blockchain technology to the current legislation of the 
Republic of Belarus was evaluated, and proposals were made to amend the legislation 
of the Republic of Belarus. 
The author of the paper confirms that the material in it correctly and 
objectively reflects the state of the object under study, and all theoretical positions 
and concepts borrowed from literary and other sources are accompanied by 
references to their authors.
