After you uploaded the receipt to the application inquiry system or use our online payment system.
Under the condition of the payment confirmation by the University, the full acceptance letter will be
prepared as a PDF file within 7 working days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. 500 USD is the application fee and this fee is non-refundable for any reason
(including visa rejection or health problems).
2. 500 USD will be kept for the same name for one year (starting from the payment
date) and cannot be transferred to any other name (even family members).
3. The required documents for registration are as follows:
a. Passport Photograph
b. Passport
c. The Bank Receipt of the Application Fee (to be able to complete the official
registration, student must pay at least the half of the annual tuition fee.)
d. Uskudar University Acceptance Letters (Conditional & Full Acceptance)
e. The Original High School Certificate (It must be in English or Turkish or
translated into English or Turkish.)
f. The Original High School Transcripts for All Years (It must be in English or
Turkish or translated into English or Turkish.)
g. The Equivalency Certificate (It can be issued from the Ministry of Education
in Turkey or Education Attaché in the nearest Turkish Embassy. The official registration
will be cancelled max. in 45 days in case the student does not provide it.) Please check the

4. The total annual tuition fee has to be paid maximum in 2 installments (semester
methods).
5. In case the student demands for refund upon the registration process is officially
completed:
a. The first week; 90% of the of registration will be refunded.
b. The second week; 75% of the of registration will be refunded.
c. 50% will be refunded within the third week of registration.
d. No refund will be made for any reason after 1 (one) month from the date of
registration.
6. After the registration process, the student has to apply and get an appointment for
residence permit via
https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr
before visa expired and application file must be
submitted to the International Students Office before the visa expired.
7. Please kindly note that, language course (Preparation School) tuition fee is excluded
from the departmental fee.
