In conclusion, based on the above considerations, we consider it appropriate to 
further strengthen the following mechanisms to increase the effectiveness of public 
oversight in the implementation of an innovative approach to education: 
- it is necessary to introduce a system of objective assessment of the conditions 
created for teachers by the general public, the effectiveness of teaching methods used 
by teachers in teaching; 
- further strengthening effective public control over the quality of education, 
raising close cooperation with the media and other civil society institutions to a new 
level (based on modern mechanisms);

- it is necessary and necessary to further improve the complex of measures aimed 
at ensuring transparency, impartiality and objectivity in the work of education and 
upbringing (social relations between a teacher and a student), the elimination of factors 
that create conditions for corruption; 
- development of mechanisms for establishing public control over the activities 
of structures that control the educational process (quality control of education) with a 
thorough study of international experience; 
- it is expedient to organize public control based on the study of advanced foreign 
experience in assessing and improving the effectiveness of higher education institutions 
and the introduction of mechanisms for assessing public opinion in relation to the 
educational process.
