effective ways of teaching them are worked out. 

- Electron textbook based on unique system for programing language for 

Paskal, Delphi, C++ is prepared; 

Conclusion:  hereby  dissertation  gives  recommendations  and  instruction 

about  teaching  programming  languages  as  Pascal,  Delphi,  C++  ,  and  suggestions 

and summaries of creating didactic bases are given in the work. The lesson plans 

suggested in the work and electron textbook with multimedia can be implied at the 

secondary  schools,  academic  lyceums,  and  vocational  colleges  in  teaching 

programming languages.
