Dear Nodira!
I am writing you to express my attitudes towards your recent actions against me and my working balance.
Helping others make me feel needed and useful all the time. However, it should be a real problematic situation, in my opinion. The pleases and necessities should also be limited in some cases.
When you first asked for a help, I was proud of myself having such an ability to show a lot of concern to what I am doing that others think I am doing well.
However, after several times of helping you to do the jobs that you yourself can do, I started to think that you are taking everything for granted wrongly. I, unfortunately, am going to stop this “volunteering” job, as you are the worker here with the same responsibilities and salaries as mine. Therefore, I kindly ask you not to be upset, when I refuse to help you anymore in situations that are not serious. I want to spend my precious time to do what I am involved to do. I hope you will understand the situation and will not change the way you behave like my friendly colleague.

Подготовьте презентацию c рекомендациями.

Make presentation of recommendations.

You have been on a business trip to another country (choose any). The work was perfectly organized by you, so now you need to teach your colleagues, who are the next ones to go to the same place, to do the right thing. Make up a list / presentation of recommendations on how to arrange everything. You may include information about either business etiquette with the foreign partners or how to behave in public, what to wear in a different cultural environment etc.

The recommendations must contain around 10–15 points (200–300 words).

Dear colleaguse!

As you know, we won a business trip to Malaisa. Since we organized retreat for enjoyment and fun there, we have had several healthy, funny as well as professional activities for the retreat. I recommend you to do the same things we have done. They are the following:

  Mediation of the mind – One way of engagement during the retreat is through breathing exercises. This activity not only get them engaged but also connect their spirituality.
  
• 
  Physical activities – organization of yoga classes can help the employees fit better and engage in more activities that are professional. Because once they feel that they are physically strong, they can come up with more professional ideas, which can improve the company.
  
• 
  Music class – dancing local live music can open up all the employees inside and help them to be better communicate. It is an entertainment which we can involve each employee of our company.
  
• 
  Discussion of future plans – it is a good idea to discuss new ideas and future plans by having a rest in the resort. Besides, such activities can be made by dividing into groups in the form of competition.
