If the project wins the competition, the executive organization assumes the following obligations:
- conclusion of civil law or labor (fixed-term) contracts with members of the scientific team (an employment contract with the project manager cannot be for remote implementation of the study);
- payment for the project implementation to members of the scientific team with the consent of the project manager;
- Submit a report on the targeted use of project funds annually within the specified time frame.
