| PT PLN through Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) toward the cost of the Second Power Transmission Development Project(IPTD-2). It intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments Packgae 4 under the Group 2 contracts for Procurement of 500 kV, 275 kV, 150 kV and 70 kV Power Transformer for Scattered Substations.

PT PLN now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of 150 kV Power Transformers for scattered substation in:
· Lot 1: 150 kV Transformers for Java and Bali
· Lot 2: 150 kV and 70 kV Transformers for Outside Java and Bali
· Lot 3: 500 kV and 275 kV Transformers
The delivery period is 540 days after signing contract. Domestic Preference shall be applicable as per the provisions of bidding documents.

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by World Bank Borrowers- January2011 ("Procurement Guidelines"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Officer and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 08.00 to 16.00at the address given below.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of IDR 5,000,000 (Five Million Indonesian Rupiah) or in equivalent US Dollar 380 (Three hundred and eighty Dollar). The method of payment will be Cash or banker's cheque payable in favor of PT PLN.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00 WIST on 15 November 2016. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below at 10.15 WIST on 15 November 2016.
