Unite Testing

This concentrates on the tiniest unit of software development. The module is built with the detailed design specification as a reference; critical control pathways are checked to find faults inside the module's boundaries.

Factors for unit testing:
The module connection is validated to ensure that data flows properly into and out of the software unit under test. The local data structures are inspected to guarantee that the data momentarily stored retains its integrity during all phases of an algorithm execution. Boundary conditions are verified to verify that the unit functions effectively at boundaries set to limit or constrain processing. First before any testing, data flow through a module interface must be tested. (7)

Integration Testing

Integration is a methodical approach to building the software architecture while also doing experiment to determine faults related to interface. The goal is to create component modules and a software architecture that is driven by design. Partial incorporation is a software that is built and tested in tiny chunks, making faults easier to identify & rectify.

Validation Testing

Following testing phase, the system is fully constructed as a package with all interface issues addressed, and a last round of program tests, known as testing phase, starts. Validation is successful when the program performs as the customer would logically anticipate.
