1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in

Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on behalf of Ministry of Education has received a Grant from the World Bank (Grant Ref.: No. number H834-0AF) toward the cost of Afghanistan Second Skills Development Project (ASDP-II), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the Contract for Procurement of Cabling Switches and Hugs for TTTI DMTVET/G25
3.The Ministry of Education now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of Cabling Switches and Hubs for TTTI Institute .The requested Machines equipment are as below:

The bidders, at their option, may bid for one or more lots. Each bid lot will be evaluated separately and the contracts will be awarded accordingly.
All the items will have be delivered to Institute of TTTI, Sanatorium Road, Darulaman, Deputy Ministry of Technical & Vocational Education. Ministry of Education (MOE). Kabul, Afghanistan.
4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, dated May 2004, revised October 2006 revised May 2010 and revised 2011
