Intelligent agents are software objects capable of interacting with each other 
and analyzing information received through their messages to each other. To justify 
the definition of "intelligent", agents must be able to make decisions in an uncertain 
situation, to act in the absence of complete information, at least in any narrow area. 
Typically, agents are trained rather than programmed to do a specific job. The 
most advanced versions of agents can learn from experience and have distinctive 
personality traits. The main elements of an intelligent agent, which give him the 
opportunity to have a certain level of perception, ability to cognize and act, are 
knowledge bases in a certain area of life, containing models of the simplest values 
and relationships and algorithms for analysis, learning and situational orientation. 
Here, standard technologies for creating artificial intelligence can be used - for 
example, predicative calculus, genetic algorithms, non-systemic logic and a network 
of nerve endings. Using the concept of utility curves, an agent can be created in such 
a way that he will have a certain relation to making risky decisions in an uncertain 
situation.
