About the Presenter: Allison Bressler holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Development, and has worked as a counselor and advocate for hundreds of victims of abuse since 1999. Formerly, the Director of Non-Residential services in two NY and NJ domestic violence agencies, she has supervised all aspects of programming for adults, teens and children as well as running the Union County domestic violence response teams. Ms. Bressler also spear headed Westchester County's premier annual teen dating abuse symposium. As the Director of Programs at The Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation, she played a pivotal role in developing and implementing their strongest initiatives. She is currently Co-Founder of A Partnership For Change, a NJ based non-profit that provides prevention and awareness on the issues of domestic violence. Ms Bressler maintains a private practice in Westwood, NJ and has also worked as an expert witness for domestic violence cases.
