For.ex: He didn’t translate the text yesterday. He wishes He had translated the text.(U kecha matnni tarjima qilmadi. Qaniydi u matnni tarjima qilganda edi.

I wish I hadn’t stolen his motorbike.(Qaniydi men uning motosiklini o’g’irlamaganimda)

WISH FOR “FUTURE”

Form: S + wish (that) S + could/would/past cont.

For.ex: I wish it would stop raining(Qaniydi yog’ishdan to’xtasa.)

I wish he would come tomorrow.(Qaniydi U ertaga kelsa.)

I wish I could travel abroad.(Qaniydi men chet elga sayohat qilsam.)

I wish she were staying with me tonight.(Qaniydi u bugun kechqurun men bilan qolsa)
