Present Perfect Continuous 
1.
Oldin boshlanib, hozirgacha davom etayotgan ish-harakat yoki vaziyat. Ex: We have been 
driving for two hours. It has been raining since morning. 
Strucutre of action=Harakat stukturasi: 
(+) S+have/has+been+Ving+Obj.
She has been waiting you for 2 hours.
(-) S+have/has+not+been+Ving+Obj.
She has not been waiting you for 2 
hours.

2.Davomli zamonlarda holat shakllari yo’qligi sabali Present Perfect Continuous zamonida holat 
yo’q bo’lib faqat harakat bor.

3.Holat fe’llari bilan bu manoni ifodalash uchun Present Perfect Continious zamoni o’rniga 
Present Perfect zamonni ishlatililadi. Lekin, ayrim holat fellari Present Perfect Continious 
zamonida ishlatilishi mumkin. Ex: She has had a cold since Monday. I have only knowh her for 
two days. 
4.Davomiy fe’llar bilan bu ma’noni ifdalash uchun Psent Perfect zamoni o’rniga Present Perfect 
zamoni ishlatilishi mumkin va ma’noga ta’sir qilmaydi. Ex: It has been raining/has rained steadily 
since last Saturday. Harry has been working/has worked in the same company for thirty years. 
5. Nodavomiy fe’llar bilan Present Perfect zamoni tugagan ish-harakatni ko’rsatadi, Present 
Perfect Continious zamoni esa tugamagan ish-harakatni ko’rsatadi. Ex: He has eaten my 
chocolates. There are none left. He has been eating my chocolates. There are few left. 
6.Present Perfect zamoni ish-harakatning tugaganligiga va natijasiga e’tibor qaratish uchun 
ishlatiladi. Present Perfect Continious zamoni ish-harakatning davomiyligiga e’tibor qaratish 
uchun ishlatiladi. 
Ex: I have talked to your friend, and I know what his decision is. I have been talking to your 
friend, and I like him. 
7.Present Perfect zamoni uzoq muddatli yoki doimiy vaziyatlar uchun ishlatiladi, Present Perfect 
Continious zamoni esa qisqa muddatli, vaqtinchalik vaziyatlar uchun ishlatiladi. Muttasil 
o’zgarishlarni ko’rsatish uchun doimiyligini ko’rssatish uchun always, all smb’s life singari vaqt 
ko’rsatkichlari ishlatilishi mumkin. 
Ex: My parents have lived in Bristol all their lives. I have 
been living in Sue’s flat for the last month. 
8. Inkor gaplarda Present Perfect zamoni ish-harakatning umuman amalga oshmaganligini 
bildiradi, Present Perfect zamoni esa ish-harakatni inkor qilmaydi, balki uning vaqti yoki holatini 
inkor qilish uchun ishlatiladi. Ex: He hasn’t slept since six o’clock. (=He has been awake all the 
time since six o’clock) He hasn’t been slepping since six o’clock. (=He has been slepping, but only 
since seven or eight o’clock and not since six o’clock). 
9. Hozirgacha ma’lum bir muddat qaytarilgan ish-harakat. (Izoh: Majhul nisbatda ishlatilmaydi). 
Ex:I have been waking upin the night a lot. I think I will see a doctor. Compare: She has played 
with the symohony orchestra three times this season. Ish-harakatning hozirgacha necha marta 
takrorlanganligi ko’rsatilsa Present Perfect zamoni ishlatilishui lozim. 
10.Hozirgacha ma’lum bir muddat davom etgan va hozirda natijasi bor ish-harakat. (Izoh: Majhul 
nisbat ishlatilmaydi). Bu ma’noda vaqt ko’rsatkichlari ishltilmaydi.
11.Ish-harakat hozirgina yoki yaqinda tugagan va tugashdan oldin bir qancha vaqt davom etgan. 
Present Perfect zamoni hozirgi zamondagi natijani ko’rsatadi. I don’t want anyone to know I’ve 
been crying. Your shoes are wet; I have been walking in the rain. 
12. Natija miqdor bilan ifodalangan bo’lsa, Present Perfect zamoni ishlatilishi lozim. I’ve read ten 
chapters so far. Food prices have increased by 20%. 
13.Time markers: For…-dan beri…, since…-dan beri., in the last…-oxirigi/ichida…, so far-
hozirgacha, lately-oxirgi paytlarda, today-bugun this morning/afternoon/evening-bugun 
ertalab/kunduzi/kechqurun this week/month/year/season: Once bir marta Twice ikki marta 
Several times- bir necha marta How many times? Necha marta? This is (It is) the 
first/second…time –bu birinchi ikkinchi ma’nosida keladi. This is the best/worst. Bu eng yaxshi 
yoki eng yomon All one’s life hayoti davomida All along hard doim All day/week/year/season 
long butun yil/hafta/kun/fasl davomida All these days/weeks/months/seasons/years How 
long- qanchadan beri.
