Экспериментальная часть. Экстракция водной массы коллагена. Первый известный метод гидролиза был использован для получения водной массы коллагена путем щелочно-солевого гидролиза кожи крупного рогатого скота [11]. Второй раз гидролиз проводили следующим образом. Сначала промыли в дистиллированной воде до нейтрализации, сортировали; Гидролиз в 5%-ном растворе едкого натра в соотношении 1:10 Все процессы проводили при температуре +21 - +23⁰С.
Определение вязкости водной массы коллагена. Для определения вязкости коллагена в 6% уксусной кислоте готовили 0,01; 0,02; 0,025; 0,03; 0,0375; 0,05% растворы. Зависимость вязкости растворов коллагена от концентрации растворов определяли на вискозиметре Ubellode [ƞ]. Определение характеристической вязкости рассчитывали по следующей формуле:

Аминокислотный анализ. Аминокислотный состав коллагена определяли методом Коэна с использованием ВЖХ, в виде ФТК производных аминокислот [18].
Collagen (Greek "colla" - glue, geness - origin, birth) - makes up 25% of the dry residue in the body of mammals (mainly skin, stakes, bones, tissues etc.). Collagen has been found to be made up of over 19 different amino acids. This means that it has a certain amino acid content compared to other proteins. The amount of proline and hydroxyproline in collagen is very different from the amount in other proteins. In addition to amino acids, collagen also contains polysaccharides (up to 2%) and monosaccharides (less than 1%). The presence of 35% glycine and approximately 11% alanine in collagen means that they are significantly different from the amount of protein known to most [1.P. 348].
Collagen types I, II, III and IV are common (table 1) and widely studied. Although there are many types of collagen, only a few types are used in the production of biomaterials. This is especially important in the production of biomaterials from type I collagen [2. P. 1863].
Type I collagen is primarily found in joints, bones, and skin, while type II collagen is primarily found in joints. Type III collagen, also known as fetal collagen, is present predominantly in fetal tissues, in the structure of tumor cells. This type of collagen is also found in blood vessels and skin. The basement membrane consists of type IV collagen (table 1) [3. P. 41].табл. 1
