Okatishlarning 267,2 nm3 kislorodini ajratib olishga va uni gazga aylantirishga O2 + 2CO = 2CO2 va O2 + 2H2 = 2H2O; reaksiyalar bo‘yicha CO va H2 sarflanadi 267,2 * 2 = 534,4 nm3.
Gazda tiklagichlarning ~ 85% miqdorida va pech orqali bir o‘tishda gazdan 32% foydalanish darajasida gazning umumiy sarfi:
Vum = 534,4/(0,32 * 0,85) = 1965nm3/t.

Tiklagich gaz tarkibi va haroratini aniqlash
Aralash (yoki konversiyalangan) gaz quvuriga kiritiladigan va qorakuyali
uglerod hosil bo‘lishi (~ 5 g/nm3) bilan parchalanadigan tabiiy gazni qo‘shishni 28
nm3/t, 45% deb qabul qilamiz. Qolgan miqdor furma gaziga puflanadi va tiklash
zonasi pechida parchalanadi.
Shunday qilib, aralash gazga 28-0,45=12,6 nm3/t tabiiy gaz puflanadi. Tabiiy
gazning ushbu miqdori parchalanishida SN4 -S+2N2 reaksiyasi bo‘yicha (12/22,4)
12,6* 0,997= 6,73 kg/t uglerod; 12,6-2-0,997 =25,1nm3/t vodorod hosil bo‘ladi, bunda 0,997 - tabiiy gazdagi uglevodorodlar ulushi (SN4 ko‘rinishida shartli qabul qilingan).
Pechga tabiiy gaz bilan birga quyidagilar kiritiladi: [(28-12,6)0,997]= 15,3CH4, nm3/t (furmaga); 28*0,009=0,25 N2, nm3/t; 28*0,003=0,1 CO2, nm3/t.
Furma gaziga uning haroratini tartibga solish uchun 10 nm3/t aylanma gaz puflanadi.
