PLAN COMMISSION & TOWN BOARD MEETING –February 27, 2017

The Plan Commission meeting was called to order by the Chairman Daniel Guenterberg on February 27, 2017 at 7:30 PM with the following present: Plan Commission members, Daniel Guenterberg, David Feller, Jim Qualman, Jeff Nehls, Morris Schwandt, and Christine Wendler. Supervisor, Jim Persha, and Clerk, Debra Kendhammer. Members of the public: Nine people signed in.
The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion by Christine Wendler seconded by Jeff Nehls to approve the December 19, 2016 meeting minutes. Motion carried.
A Conditional Use Permit application from Kent Johnson Owner, LandTech Surveying Agent for the purpose of dividing a property creating two parcels one 14.5 acres and the other 93.4 acres in the GA: General Agricultural and C: Conservancy Zoning District involving parcel #022-1116-1614-000, located at W3765 Hull Rd. in Section 16 in the Town of Hubbard.
Kent Johnson stated the reason he wants to split off the property to have his daughter purchase and build a home on the property.
Motion by Jeff Nehls seconded by Morris Schwantz to recommend the Board approve the property split for Kent Johnson. Motion carried.
A Conditional Use Permit application from Dennis Fleischer Owner, New Frontier Land Surveying, Agent for the purpose of dividing a property creating two parcels one 5.3 acres and the other 32.5 acres in the GA: General Agricultural Zoning District involving parcel #022-1116-2532-000, located on State Rd, 67 Section 25 in the Town of Hubbard.
Dennis Fleischer informed the Board that he wants to split the parcel off for someone to build a home and to include some wooded land and the pond with the property. The drive way would have to be off of Hwy 67 and he would need State and County approval for the driveway before they would split the property.
Motion by Morris Schwandt seconded by Jim Qualman to recommend the Board approve the property split for Dennis Fleischer on property 022-1116-2532-000. Motion carried.
A Conditional Use Permit application from Dennis Fleischer Owner, New Frontier Land Surveying, Agent for the purpose of dividing a property creating two parcels one 2.4 acres and the other 29.57 acres in the GA: General Agricultural Zoning District involving parcel #022-1116-2614-000, located on State Rd, 67 Section 26 in the Town of Hubbard.
Dennis Fleischer requested that the Plan Commission approve up to 3 acres so that they would be able to have a septic system installed. He plans to split off the house from the rest of the property.
Motion by Jeff Nehls seconded by Christine Wendler to recommend the Board approve the conditional permit for Dennis Fleischer on property 022-1116-2614-000 with the split up to 3 acres allowing for the septic system. Motion carried.
A Motion was made by Jeff Nehls seconded by Jim Qualman and approved to adjourn.

The Town Board meeting was called to order by the Chairman Daniel Guenterberg on February 27, 2017 at 8:30 PM with the following present: Chairman, Daniel Guenterberg, Supervisor Jim Persha and David Feller and Clerk, Debra Kendhammer. Members of the public: Nine people signed in.
