The template should give an overall idea and help you to structure your own motivation letter. This template is inspired by my own. I was accepted to all 3 programmes I applied to and received the EM scholarship. So this template really works. 😊

I recommend you to use this template as an inspiration. We all come from different backgrounds and therefore there is not one universal template. If you have worked for years, talk more about your recent work experience than your university studies. If you haven’t worked yet, mention your internships, volunteer experience or describe to what you dedicate your spare time.
Think of the people in the committee who have read hundreds of motivation letters, so make your letter original! Try to make the motivation letter precise, consistent, polite but confident. Be yourself! Good luck!

I completed my bachelor studies in FIELD OF YOUR STUDIES.
