Note: The welder power switch is normally placed in closed condition. When there is load, it’s 
prohibited to forcedly close or open the power switch in order to prevent damage to the welding 
machine! 
If MMA or CELLULOSE mode is selected, preset current will be indicated on the current meter and the 
OCV will be indicated on the voltage meter (65~80V optional, if installed);
If TIG is selected, preset current will be indicated on the current meter and 000 will be indicated on the 
voltage meter (if installed);
If the flux cored arc welding position is selected, 000 will be indicated on the current meter (optional) 
and preset voltage will be indicated on the voltage meter;
6.4.6 
Welding current values or voltage values necessary for selection of potentiometer shall be regulated 
according to electrode diameter and material requirements.
6.4.7 
when MMA or cellulose welding, the potentiometer for hot start and arc force control shall be regulated 
properly in order to get good welding performance.
6.4.8 
Now, the welding operation can start.
7. 
Maintenance of Welding Workstation
7.1 
Keep the welding workstation in a dry place without corrosive gas and steam erosion.
7.2 
Keep the welding workstation dry and clean, clean machine surface and clear away 
dust and soil regularly. This machine uses air-cooled diesel engine; clean machine 
surface is particularly important for machine cooling, so it’s required to keep the 
engine oil radiator clean from any dust settlement. 
7.3 
Check bolts, nuts, connector lugs, etc at each position for any looseness.
