11.4.1
 
The Company is liable for the proper performance of technological solutions in compliance with the 
Client Agreement
. 
11.4.2
 
The Company shall control the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of the provided statistical and 
graphical information relating to the status of Traders’ trading accounts and their relevant results.
11.4.3
 
The Company shall provide the Client with the relevant details on performed calculations and 
transfers of the commission, as well as on the history of subscribing and unsubscribing in the CopyFX 
control interface.
11.4.4
 
The Company shall perform automatic calculations and transfers of the CopyFX commission based on 
the results of positions copied by an Investor and settings specified by a Trader in the Conditions in full 
accordance with the regulations of these Terms of Use of CopyFX. 
11.4.5
 
The Company shall properly store information associated with the commission calculation and 
processes of copying trading operations within the framework of the CopyFX system. 
11.4.6
 
The Company shall provide technical and informational support upon the request of the CopyFX user 
on all matters directly connected with the CopyFX functionality.
11.4.7
 
The Company bears no liability to users of CopyFX for lost profits or losses, which may directly or 
indirectly occur as a result of trading operations performed or not performed by an Investor or a Trader.
11.4.8
 
The Company bears no liability to users of CopyFX for lost profit or losses, which may directly or 
indirectly occur as a result of their ignorance of the Company's documents.
11.4.9
 
The Company has no obligation to evaluate a Traders’ professional skills and bears no responsibility 
to Investors for any losses or lost profit they may incur. 
11.4.10
 
The Company is not liable for a Trader's intentional or unintentional non-observance of Investors’
